Eligibility & Registration

  • Open to members of U.S. Figure Skating or Learn to Skate USA.
  • Skaters must compete at their highest test level passed as of the entry deadline.
  • May skate one level above, but not below their qualified level.
  • Skaters may enter either Well Balanced or Excel Free Skate, not both.
  • Pre-juvenile and lower levels may be split by age if entries warrant.
  • Registration may close early if capacity is reached.
  • Late entries may be accepted with a $25 fee, subject to approval.
  • Eligibility is determined by test level at entry deadline.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds after October 14, 2025, unless the event is canceled or does not occur.
  • No refunds for medical withdrawals.
  • Online processing fees are non-refundable.
  • All fees must be paid before participating in practice ice or events.

Music Submission

Deadline: October 17, 2025, by 11:59 PM (Eastern)

  • Submit music via email to: conwayarena.music@gmail.com
  • Subject line must include Skater’s Name and Competition Level
  • Late submissions will not be accepted; registration fees will be forfeited
  • Music must be in MP3 format, with:
    • Bit Rate: 192 kbps or higher
    • Sample Rate: 44,100 kHz
    • Leaders/trailers: ≤ 2 seconds (preferably none)
  • Bring a backup CD (standard CD-R) to the rink, clearly labeled with skater’s name, event, and running time.

  • Conducted under U.S. Figure Skating rules and current updates.
  • U.S. Figure Skating and Conway Arena are not liable for injuries or damages (Rule 1600).
